Affiliates in New York - sorry to hear the news on sales tax!
Was reading a post on Shawn Collins affiliate marketing blog about how Overstock.com dropped affiliates based in New York. According to Shawn’s comprehensive report, Elliot Spitzer (you know the guy who dropped $70k on special services) managed to move forward on a tax plan with David Patterson (his successor) to collect on internet sales tax.
