Yahoo Store Design – Why Hacker Safe? How to Install

I receive Hacker Safe questions often (Why use, Where to place, How to install) and wanted to give some advice on adding the Hacker Safe seal to your Yahoo Store Design or other E-Commerce site as it doesn’t make a difference! discount on Hacker Safe certification

Hacker Safe Seal of Approval!

Amazing
that over 75,000 sites have Hacker Safe Seals on them protecting consumers from
identity theft and credit card fraud. Official benefit from Hacker Safe “The
key benefit of HACKER SAFE Enterprise is hands-on management by the group of top
information security professionals assembled within our HACKER SAFE Labs. The
Lab directly oversees the team of security experts assigned to manage all
aspects of your daily security scanning and remediation efforts around the
clock.”

Well
that sounds great right?

I am guessing that the lab is very
big and they are all wearing white lab coats everywhere they go … but the
reality is that when we place the Hacker safe seal on a Yahoo Store the
conversions improve! When we have it on the Secure Shopping cart they get even
better! So if you haven’t purchased this yet do so today, we offer a discount on Hacker Safe certification and a Free PCI
Compliance for first year to save you $150.

How to install Hacker Safe on a Yahoo Store
The best
placement is in the top fold of the page, whether that is on left or right side
is up to you. Since people read left to right in the United States, left would
be ideal. Depending on your RTML store design you would paste the code into your
left navigation code above your store navigation (in variables area of your
editor). Since everyone has different Yahoo store designs you may need to put in
the header area or the top of the page (also in variables). If you still can’t
seem to locate either of these than it’s time to call in a Yahoo developer to
implement. Another option if you still want to implement on your own is to paste
the secure version of the code into your shopping cart “page” area located in
the Yahoo Store Enhanced Checkout Manager Screens (find in store manager
screen). That way consumers can click on the Hacker Safe seal and verify the
security before placing an order. Either way you are covered.
